Audits

Team structures, relationships, leadership styles, goals + visions all contribute to the success of a working team whether in a church or business setting. These are such important factors to the success of any team. Employers are now also looking closely at relationtional style when interviewing new members for their corporations. IQ is not the only issue and EQ or EIQ is becoming a key factor.

We at Vital Seed are able to assess the relational and team structure of churches and business plus many other success factors with respect to your stated vision and goals. We can help identify strengths and weaknesses and also uncover any issues that may otherwise have gone undetected.

These kinds of assessments or "audits" are helpful at times of change or when change is being considered and are also a good check to carry out on an ongoing regular basis.

We have direct experience in carrying out such audits. Typically they involve interviews with the key leadership members and look at a number of objective and subjective criteria. A full debrief with the Pastor or leader is included followed by a detailed report containing observations, scores across and wide range of variables, trends, strengths, weaknesses and recommendations for the immediate and longer term.
