Cornerstone World Outreach has begun construction of a new, state-of-the-art
Worship Center just 1/2 mile east of the current facility. The new auditorium
will allow us to immediately double the current seating capacity and facilitate
additional growth in all areas of ministry..
Church members have already pledged an amazing $2,187,000 in the Master's Touch
Campaign. Construction of the multi-million dollar facility will be completed in

Church History
1982
Cornerstone Faith Center forms, with Pastors Larry and Eileen first meeting in Sloan Elementary School.
1985
Cornerstone moves into present location at 6000 E. Gordon Drive.
1988
Work is completed on a major addition to the present facility.
1988
Cornerstone Book and Gift is opened for business.
1990
Pastor Larry Gordon publishes After the Due Order, which continues to affect thousands worldwide.
1991
Cornerstone Faith Center produces its first album, Praise Live.
1992
Shining Lights Christian School, subsequently renamed to Heartland Christian Academy, holds its first kindergarten class.
1995
Cornerstone purchases Biltmore and Carmike properties for future expansion.
1997
Cornerstone agrees to an "option to sell" the 19 acres to the west.
1997
Cornerstone's Breakaway television program debuts on KTIV Channel 4.
1997
Cornerstone purchases 120 acres east of present facility to be used for future expansion.
1997
Cornerstone purchases Channel 38, a local TV station (changed to Channel 51 in 2004).
1997
Cornerstone World Outreach School of Biblical Studies begins, with over 50 students enrolled.
1998
Cornerstone breaks ground on the new studio and dedicates the 120 acres God has given us.
1998
139 come to know Christ through our first Scrooge Production.
1999
The Omega Craft embarks on its first mission into outer space, and the bus and children's ministry grow significantly through Club Genesis.
1999
Cornerstone begins producing our 4th series of Breakaway shows.
2000
Through the ministry of Club Genesis, Oneighty, Christmas in Eternity, television, Shammah, and Nursing Homes, 1,962 people give their lives to Jesus this year.

Club Genesis reaches over 1,751 children this year.
2001
Breakaway begins airing on Sky Angel, the world's only Christian-owned satellite network in operation today.

3,323 teens attend our Oneighty Program this year.

Our First Christmas in Eternity production is entered in Pastor Willie George's 180mobile giveaway - and wins the 1934 Ford Hot Rod!

Cornerstone hosts the grand opening and dedication of the Studio and Oneighty Center.

Heartland Christian Academy consolidates with Morningside Christian Schools.
