We believe that any successful initiative must follow a due process in a disciplined sequence. We have identified the key steps that our seeding activities must go through to better secure expectations and to minimize risk at an early stage.
The process is linear in nature because we really have a project start and a project end at some point, however in order to successfully get to the end there are a number of iterations or opportunities to feedback into the process so as to adjust the necessary actions.
Look at the graphical representation below and click on the project stages to read more of the details for each stage. (Due to Internet Explorer's enhanced security you may have to first click each icon, mouse off it, then mouse on it to see the full drop down content!)
